Alexxo Change manager manages the implementation of changes to the ICT (Information Communication Technology) infrastructure including hardware, software, services or related documentation. Its purpose is to minimize the disruption to ICT services caused by change and to ensure that records of hardware, software, services and documentation are kept up to date.
