Active Directory Integration

The Alexxo is customized to provide a single sign on to the users of Alexxo. The application will be fully integrated with Active Directory so that the users can login into the Alexxo using their active directory login information.

Help Ticket Logging via Email

A new feature would be implemented which will allow the application to receive and log help tickets using emails. The users would simply send an email on a specified address and the application would use that email to log help ticket on behalf of the user.

Caller Portal
  • The caller portal is the contact point of callers to the IT Support Department.
  • Through the caller portal, the callers can:
    • Log Help Tickets
    • Report Issues
    • Request Changes
    • Search Knowledgebase
    • Search FAQs
    • View Service Bulletins

User Rights

The application would be customized to allow a supervisor to control the operations of technicians. The supervisor will have additional privileges to manage technicians and their work.

Printing Features

The application is customized to allow automatic printing of Help Tickets and other reports.

  • Access to cross-domain data for true relational charting and reporting

  • Web-style "breadcrumb trail" quick-reference identifies your location within IT PowerPAC
  • Multi-level administrative section allows users, with the appropriate permissions, to create custom fields to:
    • Modify sections with Functional Domains
    • Add fields to "work-spaces"
    • Add selection criteria to drop-downs
  • Modify terminology to meet industry/company specifications and norms
